Cassie “Soggy Savoy” Stevens is an illustrator and designer based down on the Mornington Peninsula. From traditional illustration, murals, graphic design, and a touch of ceramic work, Cass will have a crack at whatever is thrown to her. Deep at the heart of her work is an underlying exploration of the Australian spirit. With a carefree and tongue-in-cheek attitude, Cass brings love of the vernacular in the day to day life by bringing aspects of Australian history into the present. Her best pieces invite the public to engage with it while evoking a sense of nostalgia and happiness.
Cassie’s passion has lead her to work alongside some ripper companies such as VICE Australia, Carlton United Breweries, Vans, TAC, Four ‘n’ Twenty, National Trust Victoria, Four Pillars Gin, and Beat Magazine.
